As an urban water supplier providing water to more than 4,500 customers or supplying more than 3,000 acre-feet of water to customers for municipal purposes, Triunfo Water & Sanitation District is required by the state water code to prepare and adopt an Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP). This plan is updated every five years (in years ending in ‘0’ and ‘5’) in accordance with the UWMP Act (California Water Code Sec. 10610).
