About TWSD: Triunfo Water & Sanitation District serves more than 30,000 residents in a portion of southeastern Ventura County, including Bell Canyon, Lake Sherwood, Oak Park, and the Westlake Village and North Ranch portions of Thousand Oaks. Services include wastewater collection and treatment, potable water service to Oak Park, and recycled water service in selected areas. Wastewater treatment is provided in partnership with Las Virgenes Municipal Water District through the Joint Powers Authority (JPA).
