Triunfo Water & Sanitation District (TWSD) presents a one-hour talk on Saturday, July 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Triunfo district offices.

Taught by certified Ventura County Master Gardener Julian Hoyle, participants will learn how to replace their lawns with a drought-tolerant garden and low-water usage plants, with tips on installing drip irrigation.

The class is the kickoff to the Triunfo Water Smart 2023 Speaker Series. Other topics include fire-smart and water-wise landscaping, growing California natives and drought-tolerant gardening. The speaker series will be held at the Triunfo district offices (370 N. Westlake Blvd., Suite 100, Westlake Village).

Pre-registration is required for all workshops and speaker series sessions. Walk-in attendees will be accommodated on a space-available basis.
