Triunfo Water & Sanitation District has programs to assist qualifying customers or property owners. There is no charge to apply to either program.

Triunfo offers a Potable Water Customer Assistance Program that provides a $15 discount on the monthly water bill for eligible households.

Triunfo also offers Wastewater Customer Assistance Program that provides a $180/year discount for wastewater service for eligible property owners. The discount will be reflected on the customer’s annual service fee billing via the County of Ventura Tax Rolls.
