LATE FEE NOTICE: Your account may have been charged a late fee in February.
We observed an unusually high number of late fees in February. This may have occurred because some customers did not see our previous notifications about the new portal (sent by email, bill insert, and website notice.)
The new and improved Customer Bill Pay Portal is now live. We made these necessary upgrades to provide a more reliable and secure way to manage your account and pay your water bill.
PLEASE TAKE THESE STEPS IMMEDIATELY
Step 1: Create Your Customer Bill Pay Portal Login
You must create a new login and password in the upgraded system.
Visit the upgraded Customer Bill Pay Portal and register for a new account.
Step 2: Enroll in Electronic Billing
During setup, sign up for paperless (electronic) billing to receive future reminders.
Step 3: Pay Your Outstanding Balance
Submit payment for any balance due on your account.
Step 4: Request Late Fee Waiver
After completing Steps 1–3, forward this email to:

In your message, please include a written request asking that your February 19, 2026 late fee be waived.
