You can now access One-Time Payment AND your Customer Account Portal at one easy link. Please follow the steps below.

ONE-TIME PAYMENTS
- Select the green ONLINE BILL PAY button by going to our Payment Options page here.
- Click the PAY NOW button under “Make One Time Payment.”
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT PORTAL
- Select the green ONLINE BILL PAY button by going to our Payment Options page here.
- Create a new customer account by clicking “Register Now.” This will replace your previous customer account.
- Set up your payment methods, paperless billing preferences, and recurring payment settings.
OTHER WAYS TO PAY YOUR WATER BILL
- Pay by phone 24/7 by calling (866) 793-0340 (please note new number). VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and E-check are accepted.
- EZ Pay Automatic Bill Payment Option – If you are already enrolled in EZ Pay, there is no need to re-enroll. If you’d like to apply for EZ Pay, download application form here.
