KCLU’s Lance Orozco tours the Las Virgenes-Triunfo Demonstration Facility and speaks with Riki Clark with the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District and Dave Rydman with the Triunfo Water & Sanitation District to discuss the Pure Water Project, which turns highly treated recycled water back into drinking water.
On Saturday, August 13, from 1-4 pm, community members are invited to visit the facility and learn about its advanced technology. Tours will be offered, as well as tastings of both the water and gourmet sorbet made using the water. Gelato, along with family activities such as games and a photo booth, will also be available.
