Deadline for Submission – Student Art Contest

K-12 students who live in or attend school in Oak Park are invited to submit artwork with a water theme for the Metropolitan Water District’s annual calendar. A total of 36 winners in Southern California will be chosen, and their artwork will be featured in a professionally printed calendar and in a digital library.

DEADLINE: TODAY, MAY 19 by END OF DAY

The calendar’s theme is “Being Water Wise Is …” which emphasizes the importance of wise and efficient water use. Artists are encouraged to reflect themes of water conservation and stewardship in their submissions.
