Sewer service fees appear on customers’ Ventura County property tax bills. The Triunfo Board approved a 5-year rate plan in May 2025, which increases the monthly sewer service charge effective July 1 of each year from 2025 to 2029. The programmed 7% sewer service increase for FY 2026 (July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026) is primarily due to regulatory compliance (principally, the JPA’s Pure Water Project), operational costs for the aging system, and the 10-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) costs. Rates for the most common residential customers are shown below for the current fiscal year.
